Being the descendant of Cryomancers, Sub-Zero has the power of ice and can control it in many forms. He is one of the most popular and recognisable fighters of the Mortal Kombat arcade game and is the only character to appear in every instalment of the series.
This 1oz pure silver coin details Sub-Zero’s characteristic blue tunic and mask, with contrasting black headgear. To confirm the coin’s legal tender status, the obverse has The Ian Rank Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II engraving and a Certificate of Authenticity printed on the packaging.
Created in partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, the packaging displays an image of the original Sub-Zero, and the other classic MK fighters. It also includes a window so you can display this splendid collectible. At the back, the coin’s unique number in the mintage of just 2,000 can be found.
